All students enrolled in the Graduate Program in Cell and Tissue Biology up to 30 June 2010 must submit a progress report to be evaluated by the appointed aide who will accompany the entire development of the project.
- CAPES and CNPq scholarship recipients and students without scholarship must submit the report according to the script shown below
- FAPESP scholarship recipients scholarship recipients must submit only the opinions issued by the program aide service (specify the period or the 1st Report, if they still have no opinion) and items 6,7 and 8.
OUTLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF REPORTS
The report must be submitted according to the following outline:
1) Cover: student’s name, advisor’s name, and project title
2) Summary of initial work plan (1 pg)
3) Summary of previous results (1 pg)
4) Details and discussion of the progress made and the partial results obtained during the period, justifying any changes to the project or in the execution thereof, as well as a discussion of any problems, encountered or expected, for the completion of the project (up to 7 pages)
5) Original work plan and schedule for the next steps
6) Courses and credits in progress and already completed (See: JANUS SYSTEM)
7) Other activities: articles published, accepted or submitted; participation at congresses/conferences
8) Advisor’s Evaluation (last page) following the template of the FAPESP form:
