 RESEARCH  INTERESTS

Our research aims to study the control of  reproduction in migratory freshwater fish living in nature and in captivity, where they do not spaw without hormonal induction. For that purpose, we study the pituitary gland, the interrenal gland, the ovary, the testis, and the GnRH nucleus of the brain. These investigations are made by various methods such as cytochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and morphometry under light and electron microscopy.
